PROVIDENCE – The Providence Geeks, a networking group for Rhode Island’s technology sector, will present its April dinner lecture tomorrow night (April 23) from 5:30 to 9 at AS220, 115 Empire St., Providence.
This month’s session will spotlight The Corporate Marketplace Inc., a North Kingstown-based jewelry vendor that achieved a revenue growth rate of nearly 1,854 percent per year from 2003 to 2006. The company was ranked No. 73 last year on Inc. Magazine’s list of fastest-growing private companies nationwide, and No. 8 in the software category. (READ MORE)
TCMPI’s CEO Chris Crawford and Chief Technical Officer Peter Mackey will be on hand to discuss “their business of powering employee incentive programs and give a very rare public demo of the online engine that makes it all possible,” according to Geeks co-founder Jack Templin.
The meeting is free, but advance registration is requested. Food and beverages will be available from Taqueria Pacifica.
