PROVIDENCE – Hundreds of Rhode Island middle school and high school students visited 16 colleges and universities in the region last month as part of the effort by the College Crusade of Rhode Island to boost the academic success of children in low-income communities.
The students visited Brown University, Bryant University, Emerson College, Emmanuel College, Harvard University, Johnson & Wales University, Lesley College, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Merrimack College, Northeastern University, Providence College, Regis College, Stonehill College, Trinity College, Wentworth Institute of Technology and Wheaton College. •
