NEW YORK – SMART Management Inc., a Providence-based software developer, has been chosen by the Albert Einstein College of Medicine to facilitate the school’s electronic medical records system.
The school also will work with SMART on creating a primary-care component for SMART’s Clinical Operations software package, which the company says will be available in January.
“We are extremely pleased to have this association with the prestigious Albert Einstein group,” said Paul LeBeau, the vice president of SMART’s software division. “The addition of primary care to our SMART paperless clinic package enables us to become even more useful in medical treatment.”
The Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, located in New York City, is a leading medical school that conducts basic research and clinical investigations.
