By PBN Staff

CRANSTON – The R.I. Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner today announced it has relocated from its previous headquarters in downtown Providence to the state-owned John O. Pastore Complex off Reservoir Avenue (Route 2).

The OHIC offices – previously located at 233 Richmond St., Providence – now are on the first floor of Pastore Complex building 69, within the R.I. Department of Labor and Training complex at 1511 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, RI 02920.

The office’s telephone and facsimile numbers also have changed as a result of the move, the OIHC said. Its new telephone number is 462-9517 and its fax number is 462-9645.

The news follows a similar announcement July 10 by the R.I. Department of Business Regulation (DBR), which now is housed in Pastore buildings 68 and 69. (READ MORE)
