PROVIDENCE and IRVING, Texas – GTECH Corp. has teamed up with the parent of Texas-based Lottery Dynamics Corp. to collaborate on new game ideas to help enhance revenue and good-cause contributions generated by lotteries around the world, the companies said today.
“GTECH is excited about this agreement with Lottery Dynamics and partnering together to bring our lottery customers new, innovative game ideas,” Connie Laverty O’Connor, senior vice president and chief marketing officer of the Providence-based lottery services and technology company, said in a statement today.
“In addition to their existing programs” – such as the Texas company’s proprietary lottery-enhancement programs Lotto Gold+, Lotto Silver+ and Lotto Platinum+ – “GTECH and Lottery Dynamics will collaborate to develop additional online game products, which will increase revenues for lotteries and, ultimately, good causes,” O’Connor added.
The financial terms of the companies’ “exclusive sales and marketing agreement” were not disclosed.
Lottery Dynamics “is truly honored to be associated with GTECH, and by the vote of confidence they have given to our proprietary game portfolio,” said company President and CEO Mark Davis.
“We are very excited about the opportunity to collaborate closely with GTECH to refine and expand our game products and to offer lottery customers not only exciting and revenue-enhancing games but also a program of suggested best practices in the positioning and marketing of our games within each lottery’s individual online product mix.”
