PROVIDENCE – The local firm Ananke IT Solutions will be part of an elite group of Microsoft Corp.’s partners traveling to the software giant’s Washington headquarters for meetings with company executives Oct. 27 to 29.

The IT-services firm says it is one of only 250 of Microsoft’s 100,000 partners in the Americas chosen to attend the Microsoft Executive Partner Summit Americas 2008.

“This recognizes the efforts we make to differentiate ourselves from other IT services companies and reflects the level of commitment we have to our clients, the quality of our work, and the strength of our relationship with Microsoft,” John Conway, Ananke’s president and CEO, said in a statement.

Conway will represent Ananke at the invitation-only conference. The attendees were nominated by Microsoft District Partner Account Managers. •
