PROVIDENCE – In an attempt to “reinforce” its commercial offerings, Residential Properties Ltd. has launched a new Web site for its commercial division, RPL Commercial.

“We have always been on the cutting edge at Residential Properties and I am always looking to differentiate the company form all of our competitors,” Residential President and CEO Sally E. Lapides said in a statement. “Our new commercial property Web site will reinforce our breadth of real estate expertise and elevate the client experience.”

In announcing the Web site, www.rpl-commercial.com, which is similar to Residential Properties’ main site, the company said it is intended to further brand RPL Commercial “as a service of Residential Properties.”

Director of Information Technology Tom Flanagan added that site has been designed as user friendly as possible.

“Users will have access to all the tools available on the Residential Web site, including property alerts, search savers and favorites,” he said.
